Thanks for writing to us. Yes, the Ventura Bunk Bed is a very strong metal bed and it can easily be used by teenagers. This bunk bed can also be used as two separate 3′ single beds and feature wooden caps, ladder slats and slatted bases for extra strength and stability. It is ideal for rooms with less space.
