Here at Love Furniture we offer free delivery on orders. In the vast majority of cases, we have the stock sitting in the warehouse and we will deliver in 4 to 9 days.

If we don't and the stock is with a supplier, we will collect the stock from the supplier and deliver to you.

• 1 When you order your item we will contact you the next working day via text or email and provide a delivery date.
• 2 If that suits then you reply to confirm this date, and if you need to rearrange the date to suit you, you can reply to rearrange.
• 3 If the item is with a supplier we will provide you an estimated date, and when we collect the stock we will then contact you via text or email and provide a date, which you can then arrange to suit you.

There are extra delivery charges to a small number of areas which are hard to reach for our staff and vans. See map below for Delivery Range Extra Charges.

Generally we use our own delivery staff and vans, which allow us to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, and be flexible on delivery. After hours delivery can also be arranged but please contact us to arrange this.

We will strive to deliver your order as scheduled but in the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery timeslot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation) incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

Our delivery is up to your door only and our team will take reasonable care when delivering the products. If you let our delivery team in the house, it will be at your own risk. We will not be liable for any damages to your property during delivery.
