The Gaia Mid Sleeper – White is designed to fit a standard UK single mattress measuring 90 cm x 190 cm (3ft Single).
For safety, we recommend using a mattress with a maximum depth of 18 cm, as thicker mattresses can reduce the height of the safety rails on a mid sleeper.
We recommend pairing it with a low-profile Tara Mattress, as it is designed to provide the correct mattress height for mid sleeper beds while ensuring the safety rails remain effective.
