Thank you for writing to us. The Amelia Single Sleigh Bed 3ft does not include mattress and trundle bed. However, you can choose a mattress to go with the bed on our website under Bedroom section. I would suggest you to have a look at the Symphony De Luxe Single Mattress - 3ft.
