Hi Lorraine, the Pink Panther Plush Small Double Bed 4ft does not include a mattress. However you can always add a mattress for a separate price. You may check the Royal Sleep Double Mattress 4ft 6in and Sena Double Mattress 4ft 6in. These are instock and ready for delivery on the next delivery run to your area. Hope this helps.
