We have a 14 day money back guarantee and a 1 year warranty with our furniture (except for the mattress). But please be advised that for us to accept the return, item should be back in its original packaging without any issue (scratches, marks or damage) and in all good condition. Item being returned is also subject for inspection before a refund can be issued. A fixed charge of £30/€35 is also applicable for the collection and transportation, any issues that will be found to the item being returned or gone packaging will lead to a further deduction from the refund (depends upon the inspection).
