Hi John, I am delighted with this bed. Thanks to Mark in Live Help who answered all my questions before I made the purchase and the man who delivered the bed - I couldn't have received better customer service. I put the bed together quite easily (on my own)and I love how it looks. The storage is outstanding and perfect for my apartment to hide away suitcases, winter clothes etc. When I put the bed together, the hydraulic arms wouldn't go down but Steve in your warehouse was very helpful and once I followed his advice (put the mattress on and then pushed the bed down) the arms worked perfectly. Thanks everyone, I am a very happy customer, Fiona.

This bed have a decent quality its what i wanted to buy and the fact that its gas lift and has a lot of storage was a benefit and plus for me. Sturdy enough and I have been already using it for months now and Its been great. Great quality with a cheap price and It meet exactly my expectation and Customer service were helpful and friendly throughout my experience. totally recommend for anyone looking for good priced furniture.

Amazing bed and really fast answers,Ian it's the amazing guy with the faster costumer care I saw in Ireland , I recommend for everyone this company, I'm really happy, and the bed it's really easy to assemble . Great job guys
