I ordered two Bahamas oak bar stools from Love Furniture a few months ago and am absolutely delighted with them. They are sturdy, well made and compliment my kitchen perfectly. I would also commend Love Furniture for the quality of their customer service. I ordered online, late at night, and had one or two queries that were answered within half an hour using the live chat service. Another item that I had ordered was unavailable and I was contacted by phone and email by a customer service agent suggesting alternatives. Both agents I dealt with were extremely pleasant and helpful. In the interest of a balanced opinion I have to point out one slight negative with my Love Furniture experience...organising delivery was a little bit all over the place. I was told I would be contacted by a customer service agent to arrange delivery of the stools, this happened - by email, late one Saturday evening, with the message that if I did not confirm availability pretty much immediately I would miss this delivery. I didn't read the email until Sunday morning and had to get in contact to sort it out, which entailed a bit of toing and froing and it is something they could look at improving. Delivery is free, which is a bonus, but if it was hassle free it would be perfect. All in all though, a very positive and pleasant experience, I will definitely be a returning customer.
