I bought the mattress as a present and I know she's delighted with it, it's being put to good use. It was delivered to my house and I did have a quick inspection of it and I was totally satisfied with the quality and how it was carefully packaged. Everything ran smoothly, the delivery and service was great, the guy I spoke to in the office was more than helpful and steered me towards a great mattress at a great price.

This is a perfectly good mattress but personally I wasn't too keen on it. It's too high for me to get onto my bed now, and it's got a nylon feel too it so you're either freezing or far too hot, theres no happy medium. Apart from this I am really happy with the service, and I definitely will be buying again.

Me and my wife are delighted with the mattress. Also the service was great, great customer service and a really well run delivery service, it arrived a lot quicker than wee expected.

I found this mattress very comfortable. As soon as I fall onto it, within a few minutes I am sleeping!
