I ordered this bed on 31st Dec 3-5 days for delivery... I gave it over 7 days considering the time I placed the order. I was then told every week that the bed was being colllected from and woould be with me soon. I accepted this until mid feb I told love furniture to return my moneywhich they didnt do but delivered the bed when I told them no one would be there. I finally agreed to accept the bed casue my son needed one. We opened the package to find a white bed stained with rust all over. It was another drama to get them to collect the bed and now having hassle getting a refund. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever received. I have hd to ring this company so many time each time im told someone needs to check out what I'm asking and they say they will get back to me....but they never do. I had read all the other reviews before I purchased the bed and felt confident in my purchase with Love Furniture I hope I am an isolated case but to me this is just not good enough.
